When the penis drips with lust

Women produce vaginal secretions, a natural lubricant for sexual intercourse. Sexual arousal triggers what is known as vaginal lubrication. Lubricare, which comes from the Latin, means "to make slippery". The clitoris and vulva become moist to make it easier for the penis to enter, so that it slips off nicely.

What the female body can do, we men can also do.

We also produce such a glandular secretion. This is called pre-ejaculate. Also popularly known as: Drops of feeling, drops of happiness, drops of love, drops of desire, drops of longing, pre-drops, pre-suck or drops of melancholy. The colourless liquid, which nevertheless leaves a white stain in your pants, has a slimy consistency. Erotic stimuli, head cinema and the resulting sexual arousal lead to the release of orgasmic precum from the Cowper's glands, which open into the urethra. Although the precum(s) do not originate from the testicles and therefore do not contain sperm, there is still the possibility of pregnancy. This is because the epididymis and vas deferens can also transport sperm into the urethra through sexual arousal before ejaculation. In addition, there may still be sperm left over from the previous orgasm.

The amount of slippery fluid dripping with pleasure varies greatly. The production of pre-ejaculate depends on the intensity and duration of sexual arousal, as well as the size of the bulbourethral glands (Cowper's glands - named after their discoverer William Cowper).
The alkaline, mucous pre-ejaculate improves the glans' gliding ability and with its cleansing function, it neutralises the pH value in the urethra, and also that of the vagina during intercourse without a condom. A well-lubricated urethra allows the seminal fluid to pass through optimally during orgasm.

Incidentally, love drops can also form without an accompanying erection.

As inconspicuous as the desire drop may seem, there is a risk of transmitting diseases. Gonorrhoea (gonorrhoea), hepatitis B, chlamydia, mycoplasma, fungi and HIV. Functioning HI viruses, which can lead to AIDS, have been detected in pre-ejaculate in 2 studies.

Therefore, our recurring advice, especially to you sex service providers and sex buyers:
Always use condoms! This is the only way to protect yourself and others. Have fun and stay healthy
