The desire to show oneself naked

The "normal state" is as follows:
If someone sees us completely undressed by surprise, the human reaction is usually that we cover our most intimate parts with fright and react with shame. We are startled, run away, hide and cover ourselves up. Women in particular sometimes start to scream.

The same thing happens when we suddenly and unexpectedly come across naked men, women or couples in public. Of course, there can also be beautiful sights among them. There is no law in Switzerland that forbids leaving the house unclothed. However, if the nudity is sexually motivated, the situation is different. Anyone who performs sexual acts in public or explicitly exposes their genitals is liable to prosecution. The legal situation is harmless for demonstrators, nudists and self-proclaimed nude artists.

Nevertheless, there can be no question of a carte blanche for all lovers of complete nudity. As soon as someone is bothered by this and finds such sights shameless and disturbing, reports it to the police or calls the moral guardian, it is a case of "indecent behaviour". Some cantons have laws that prohibit precisely this. Of course, the loving nudist should be aware that as soon as minors have to watch this, there will certainly be harsher consequences - for example for an offence or a gross violation of "morality and decency". If any obscene, sexually motivated acts are added to this, the incident will have more serious legal consequences for this person, but we assume that every N.I.P. friend is aware of such behaviour (N.I.P. = Nude in Public). Time and again, people who like to show off indulge in this special thrill and take unique photos and videos in underground and suburban railway stations, in front of sights and in special places.

Basically, we take the position that you are allowed to do so, as long as you do not offend religions, disturb cemetery resting places, are witnessed by minors or this behaviour impairs road safety. No material damage should result from this behaviour and no one should become an unwitting & unavoidable bystander to such a sexual act. It is important that everything is ultimately left clean and without a trace.

A secluded, lonely bathing lake on a late summer evening; an ingenious, sparsely populated forest or mountain region, where no minors should be present from certain evening hours and other good places, certainly offer the opportunity to practise hot sex with the thrill of "getting caught". There are saunas, nudist baths and designated beaches where you can show yourself naked with legal protection.

For nudity plus, i.e. to perform sexual acts on top of that, there are swingers clubs, sex cinemas and other erotic establishments. A blind date can also take place in a fling room, in a hotel or guesthouse, in a ski lodge or in a briefly rented holiday flat.
